The general terms for using jydev.online and dealing with JYDEV LTD. Our apps have their own terms on top of these, listed below.
App terms
Each type of app we publish has its own terms, which apply alongside these:
- Offline apps: apps that run entirely on your device and don't collect personal data.
- Network apps: diagnostic and network tools that run on your device, with optional online features. This includes netstack.
About these terms
"We" and "us" means JYDEV LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17506340), registered office 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX.
By using this website you agree to these terms. How we handle personal data is covered in our privacy policy.
Using this website
You can browse the site and use the contact form for genuine enquiries. Don't try to break, overload or get unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it, and don't use the contact form to send spam or anything unlawful.
We may change, suspend or take down the site at any time. We don't guarantee it will always be available.
Information on the site
The site describes the kind of work we do. It isn't an offer to do any particular piece of work at a particular price. Prices, scope and timelines are agreed in writing for each job.
Client work
When you hire us, the written agreement for that work sets out what we'll deliver, what it costs, who owns what, and how support works. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies. Sending an enquiry doesn't create a contract.
Ownership
The content and design of this site belong to JYDEV LTD. You can share links to it and quote small parts with credit. Don't copy the site or republish its content as your own.
Links to other sites
Where we link to other websites, such as Companies House, we do it for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content.
Our liability
The site is provided for general information. We try to keep it accurate, but we aren't liable for loss caused by relying on it, beyond what the law requires.
If you're a business, we aren't liable for loss of profit, business or business opportunity arising from use of the site. If you're a consumer, you keep all your legal rights.
